Case Description
We filed a lawsuit on behalf of our clients against Coinbase and the creators of a cryptocurrency known as GYEN for their public offering of a defective cryptocurrency. Our clients and countless others have suffered tremendous financial losses due to Coinbase’s inexplicable halting of all trading of the currency in around November 2021, which resulted in the near total loss of our client’s initial investment. The case is currently pending in the San Francisco County Superior Court.
