Steven B. Norris is a highly credentialed forensic expert with over 20 years of experience across architecture, civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering, as well as geology and construction. As Principal Engineer of Caltech Engineering and President of The Bryant/Norris Company, he specializes in complex forensic evaluations, from building envelope failures and landslides to water intrusion, seismic analysis, and ADA compliance.

Mr. Norris has been retained as an expert in over 200 cases and has testified extensively in court and arbitration across Southern California.
