Morris S. Farkas is a licensed Professional Safety Engineer and Civil Engineer with over 50 years of experience in accident investigation, construction safety, and regulatory compliance. As principal of his consulting practice, he provides expert witness services in cases involving workplace safety, industrial accidents, structural failures, and OSHA compliance.

Mr. Farkas previously served with Cal-OSHA, the California Public Utilities Commission, and Caltrans, where he led investigations into fatal accidents, gas pipeline explosions, and structural hazards.
