Todd R. Morris is a Certified Consulting Meteorologist (CCM) and president of Global Weather and Climate Consulting, LLC, with over four decades of experience in meteorology, climate science, and forensic analysis. As a trusted expert witness, he has provided weather-related litigation support in more than 130 cases involving flood analysis, storm impacts, wildfire behavior, insurance disputes, and transportation safety.

Todd is a retired senior leader from the National Weather Service, where he held multiple high-level roles including Meteorologist-in-Charge and Regional Coordinator for Decision Support Services. His expertise includes weather forecasting, emergency management, storm damage assessment, hydrology, and decision support for FEMA, DHS, and state and municipal agencies.
