Peter Petrovsky, P.E., is a multi-disciplined engineer and seasoned expert witness with over 40 years of experience in civil, mechanical, and environmental engineering. A licensed Professional Engineer in both Civil and Mechanical disciplines in California, Peter also holds multiple contractor classifications including General Engineering (A), General Building (B), Earthwork & Paving (C-12), and Hazardous Substance Removal (HAZ).

As President of Diversified Engineering of Westlake, Inc., and Vice President of Engineering at American Tractor Equipment Corp., Peter has led hundreds of construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing projects across the public and private sectors. His unique blend of field experience and technical knowledge enables him to translate complex engineering issues into clear, persuasive testimony. He has served as a forensic expert in over 800 cases across the U.S., supporting both plaintiff and defense attorneys in matters involving construction defects, product failure, safety standards, and engineering disputes.
