Meet Alex Farzan
Founder
Alex Farzan is the son of Iranian Jewish immigrants who fled persecution from Iran in 1979. Born and raised in Los Angeles, he obtained his bachelor’s degree in economics from UC San Diego in 2013. During college, Alex founded a music newspaper, and studied Spanish for a semester abroad in Barcelona, Spain. Alex then went on to study law at Pepperdine University, where he earned his J.D., cum laude, in 2016.
It is deeply embedded in Alex’s DNA to do things differently and think outside the box. He noticed that that personal injury field is rife with fraud, greed, and egotistic actors. Personal Injury law has developed a stigma around it for these reasons, but Alex’s mission is to show his clients and others that injury victims deserve representation with dignity. In his early career, Alex worked for two insurance defense firms, including one of the largest defense firms in the nation. He focused on products liability defense, where he litigated cases arising out of exploding lithium-ion batteries.
In 2021, Alex founded his own law practice, and never looked back. He has been growing his practice steadily, focusing on the work rather than the money. This has proven to be the best recipe for quality representation.
In his spare time, Alex is an avid musician and backgammon player. He has self-recorded and mixed 4 albums, the last of which can be found on Spotify. Alex also is a professional level backgammon player. In 2023, he was a finalst (second place) in the Los Angeles Open. He is a winner of the Sephardic Backgammon Club, two-time champion of the Venice Backgammon Club, and a member of Gammon Associates, the most competitive backgammon league in Los Angeles.
When clients work with Alex, a very personal relationship is developed. Alex is dedicated to fostering healthy and personal relationships with clients so that they can be represented with dignity and respect. This is his mission, and we are hopeful that injury victims have the opportunity to experience this rewarding style of representation.
