Dr. Diane J. Weiss is a board-certified psychiatrist and expert witness specializing in psychiatric evaluations for personal injury, workers’ compensation, and employment litigation cases, including issues of harassment and trauma. Based in Beverly Hills, she has maintained a private practice since 1988, offering psychotherapy, medication management, and hypnoanalysis.

Dr. Weiss completed her medical degree at Boston University School of Medicine and her psychiatry residency at UCLA’s San Fernando Valley Program. She also holds a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) from UCLA. A Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and Volunteer Assistant Clinical Professor at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, Dr. Weiss brings deep clinical expertise and seasoned forensic insight to every case.

Fluent in English and Spanish, she is frequently retained for Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs), expert testimony, and psychiatric litigation consulting throughout California.
