Dr. Jeffrey T. Miller is a board-certified periodontist and dental implant specialist with over 18 years of clinical experience in general and forensic dentistry. A Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, he is known for delivering advanced periodontal care with precision and integrity. Dr. Miller has been a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) in California since 2006 and offers expert witness services in dental injury, malpractice, and standard-of-care evaluations.

He holds a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the USC School of Dentistry and completed his postdoctoral residency in Periodontics and Dental Implants at Loma Linda University, where he also served as an Assistant Professor. His clinical expertise is complemented by advanced training in surgical techniques including sinus lifts, ridge expansion, and treatment of gingival recession.
